Gifts & Abilities
Resonance Mapping (Tri-Fold Gift)
Rather than looking at static parchment, Oba Tay projects living, three-dimensional golden maps of Noetic and Infinergy currents that pulse and bend in real-time with Mysteria's Aeratic shifts.
Ley-Walking (Space-Folding Translocation)
As the Citadel's only true Ley-Walker, he does not rely on static Ley-Silk Scrolls. By gently coaxing and folding the living currents of the planet, he can bend space to translocate entire squads across continents in an instant.
